The goal of the DEVILFISH series was to create a speargun that could accurately shoot an 8mm shaft at high speed with one hand. To achieve this, the gun needed enough weight to counter the inertia of the heavy 8mm shaft. The Timber & Carbon construction adds both buoyancy and weight, providing the necessary weight to sufficiently blast the gun.
The DEVILFISH Timber & Carbon hybrid barrel is specifically designed for the CDR4 muzzle, with careful attention given to maintaining a low side profile.
